What to expect

full oversight of investment/construction projects
communication with designers during the preparation phase, setting up the financial plan and project schedule, preparing contracts
managing and coordinating the execution phase carried out by external contractors, including handover of the completed works to the investor
responsibility for the quality of works performed (compliance with technological procedures and workmanship standards)
monitoring the project schedule, budget, and invoicing
cooperation with the investor’s technical supervisor

What You need

secondary school / university education
minimum 10 years of experience (secondary education) or minimum 5 years of experience (university degree) in managing construction projects – residential / industrial buildings (professional certification is an advantage)
practical knowledge of construction technologies, procedures, permitting processes, and applicable legislation
experience coordinating multidisciplinary projects is an advantage (fire safety, EPS, sprinklers, electrical, HVAC, water/heating/plumbing)
ability to read technical documentation and prepare cost estimates
communicative level of English
knowledge of MS Office, Kros4, and AutoCAD 2D
category B driving licence
