About the position
We are looking for an Online Marketing Manager (medior/senior) to join our Whalebone marketing team who will focus on performance and optimization of current activities (especially demand generation) and on finding new ways and opportunities for growth and scaling, including AI and marketing automation.
The focus will be on the Whalebone Aura product for mobile operators worldwide (i.e. only a few customers in each country) and a focused ABM approach to shorten the sales cycle and maximize engagement with relevant stakeholders.

What will you do
- Full-Funnel Campaign Management: Strategy, execution, and optimization of global paid campaigns across LinkedIn (primary), Google Ads and Meta, specifically driving demand for Aura including the responsibility for budget.
- HubSpot Mastery & Marketing Automation
- Automated workflows
- CRM Data Integrity: Ensuring that leads captured from digital campaigns are correctly segmented, tagged, and routed to the Sales team.
- Website Management & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- CMS Administration (Hubspot): Technical ownership of the whalebone.io website (and Aura-specific subpages), and SEO/GEO health.
- Landing Page Development: Building and optimizing high-converting landing pages for specific campaigns or industry events
- Marketing Analytics & Business Intelligence
- Performance Reporting: Creating and maintaining comprehensive dashboards (HubSpot, GA4, Looker Studio) that track KPIs.
- Attribution Modeling: Analyzing the customer journey to understand which digital touchpoints contribute most to closing B2B deals.
- Tech stack development & strategy (business case > test > evaluate > decide if stop/continue)
- AI adoption in particular
- Collaborate with other team members and external suppliers
- All content is created by the content team.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing is required (IT/SaaS/B2B)
- Understanding of analytics and digital marketing best practices
- Data driven and detail-oriented
- CRM experience (Hubspot, Pipedrive, Salesforce) is a must
- CMS experience
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment - Change is not a dirty word 🙂.
- Test/evaluate/change mindset
- Very good English for communication within the team and with key internal stakeholders
- SEO basics
